A major portion of this content and information is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, design rights (including the “look and feel” and other visual or non-literal qualities), and/or additional intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Software only in executable form and for the sole purpose of accessing the Ace Luxury Property, with no other rights granted.

You are not permitted to use automated programs (such as web-crawling or screen-scraping software or equivalent technologies or methods) to access the Ace Luxury Property with the intent of collecting, obtaining, and/or amassing (or engaging in similar activities) data or content from the Ace Luxury Property.
